Mocktail Recipe for April

Offering guests non-alcoholic drink choices can lower your risk of liability and your guests' risk of alcohol-related problems. Being a good host means protecting your guests, yourself and others, as well as having a good time.  Try our fabulous "Raspberry Indigo Punch" at your next party.

"Raspberry Indigo Punch"

2 cups
4 cups
1 envelope
1/2 cup
gingerale
raspberry cocktail
blue raspberry Kool-aid mix
raspberries, frozen
Grenadine syrup
500 mL
1 L
1 envelope
125 mL

raspberryMix gingerale, raspberry cocktail and Kool-aid together in a punch bowl; stir gently so that colours and flavours mix together and create a beautiful indigo colour. Instead of using ice, add frozen berries to the drink. The berries will add flavour and keep the punch cold without diluting it. Add a splash (about 1 tablespoon) of grenadine syrup to each glass and fill with punch. Enjoy!
