Mocktail Recipe for March

Serve your guests our "frozen shamrock" as a refreshing non-alcoholic drink for St. Patrick's Day.  Offering guests non-alcoholic choices can lower your risk of liability and your guests' risk of alcohol-related problems. Being a good host means protecting your guests, yourself and others, as well as having a good time.

"Frozen Shamrock"

4 cups
1/4 cup

whole kiwis
lime sherbet
kiwi flavoured drink (eg. Crystal Light)
fresh honeydew melon, cut in 12 chunks
ice cubes, crushed

50 mL

shamrocksBlend kiwis and melon in a blender; add ice and blend. Combine withremaining ingredients in a large punch bowl and serve.

Hint: Cut kiwi in half; scoop out fruit with a spoon.
